Request for Custom Production of Bible AI Animated Series

I. Project Background

Our company operates a Bible-themed mobile application targeting the U.S. market. We are planning to commission custom production of Bible-themed AI animated series and are currently seeking production companies in China with relevant production capabilities to establish a long-term cooperative partnership.

II. Production Requirements

• Production Format: AI animated series.

• Content Theme: Bible stories, Biblical figures, and related themes, following the complete episode-by-episode scripts provided by our company.

• Target Market: United States.

• Final Product Language: English, including English voiceover and subtitles.

• Episode Duration: The production company is welcome to propose a recommendation based on production experience.

• Number of Episodes per Series: To be determined flexibly based on story content.

• Cooperation Model: Our company provides the complete episode-by-episode scripts and production requirements; the production company is responsible for producing the animated series, post-production processing, and delivering the final product.

III. Final Product Delivery Requirements

The production company must complete production in accordance with the production plan confirmed by both parties and deliver complete final products ready for launch on our mobile application.

Basic deliverables include:

1. Complete video files.

2. English voiceover and subtitles.

3. Basic information for each series and each episode, including titles, episode numbers, etc.

4. Agreed-upon cover images and related assets.

5. Commercial use authorization documents and necessary proof of copyright.

Video resolution, aspect ratio, file format, delivery timeline, and revision rounds are to be confirmed by both parties.

IV. Copyright and Commercial Use Authorization

The production company must ensure that the delivered content is built on a lawful production and authorization foundation, with clear copyright ownership and authorization scope.

Authorization requirements include:

• Permission to launch, stream, and continuously operate on our proprietary mobile application.

• Permission for commercial use in the U.S. market, including monetization methods such as advertising and subscriptions.

• Permission for necessary storage, transcoding, and distribution for App adaptation.

• Clear specification of the authorization term, exclusive or non-exclusive nature, and the scope of use for promotional materials.

• Clear specification of rights restrictions for AI-generated content, voiceover, music, and other third-party assets.

Specific copyright ownership and authorization terms are subject to the formal agreement signed by both parties.
