AI视觉美术资产详解01
Work description
In AI short drama/video production, the biggest cost isn't compute—it's the cookie-cutter costumes, makeup, and props in every production. The protagonist and supporting characters always share the same face, yet there's a particularly contradictory quirk: when you look closely, within the same production, every shot feels like a face that's been reincarnated anew. Quite magical, indeed.
At this stage, the AI visual field has entered its second phase—moving toward standardized and engineered workflows, namely premiumization and precise inventory tiering. In other words, AI filmmaking is also about to converge with traditional methods. Pre-production work such as casting, art direction (costumes, makeup, props), and location scouting will become necessary parts of the AI filmmaking pipeline. Character consistency is becoming a baseline requirement—that's something upstream foundation model vendors need to solve. Beyond that threshold, what differentiates quality is no longer the "character" but the "role"—how they should dress, where they live, and where they work within their designated identity cannot be disconnected. Cultural adaptation, aesthetics, and logic. This isn't a technical problem; the technical problem is the job of upstream image and video foundation model vendors. Cultural adaptation, aesthetics, logic, and practical implementation are what we need to sort out.
Take a male lead who has already been "cast": from bone structure to commanding expressions—domineering CEO/corporate warfare/workplace/sweet romance/fantasy—each setting corresponds to different costumes, makeup, and props. The so-called art asset is not a single image but a set of **engineering assets**:
◆ Close-up headshots + angle matrix
◆ Full-body four-view turnaround for various outfits and styles (front/side/¾/back)
◆ Character card: class code, temperament tags, genre adaptation matrix, wardrobe archive
◆ PSD layered engineering files—character rigging adaptable to various storyboard scenes
◆ Generation pipeline traceability archive: input records + timestamps for every render, traceable and verifiable
How you feed images to the video model is your workflow; official tutorials are everywhere. The consistency, independence, and quality of the "base image" are my craft. Character assets / scene assets / prop assets / family packs / CP packs are being listed progressively. Feel free to inquire; special customizations are welcome.
