Between Mountains and Rivers, Xingyi Wins the Heart

This is a dialogue-free promotional film for Xingyi City, with a total runtime of 120 seconds, using a traveler's journey to Xingyi as its narrative thread. It opens by following the path of the high-speed rail, showing passengers arriving at Xingyi South Station full of anticipation, embarking on this journey through mountains and waters.

The camera sweeps across magnificent natural scenery: the majestic Maling River Canyon with its waterfalls and flowing springs, the picturesque farmland of Wanfenglin bathed in sunset glow, the grand sea of clouds and sunrise atop Yuhuangding, and the fairytale-like romance of Jilong Castle by the shores of Wanfeng Lake.

After the scenery, the camera shifts to the lively night market—the aroma of grilled meat and wine, clinking glasses and laughter—vividly capturing the vibrant, pulsating street life of Xingyi. The film concludes with a montage that weaves together landscapes, culture, and the warmth of everyday life, soaring high above the city for an aerial view and settling on the message: "Xingyi, Guizhou, China—come and enjoy yourself to the fullest."
